My staff was spending as much as 55% of their time weekly collecting monies for printing and we were wasting 2-3 reams of paper per day. Vendprint has eliminated the wasted paper and freed my staff time to helping patrons. The installation was done remotely by Vendprint staff with little involvement from our IT Department. The students are in control of their printing and are able to know up front how much each print job will cost. I would highly recommend college libraries using VendPrint.
