• Insert Super Card, Remove and place aside 
• Press Add or Delete
• Insert Debit Card
• Enter Amount to Add/Delete 
• Press Enter to Add/Delete this amount
• Press Clear to retrieve card
• Press Enter then Add to Exit

Before beginning this procedure please take note of any internal settings that may have been purposefully altered from the factory settings.  They will have to be reset.

• Remove power from card reader
• Locate Jumpers (JP4 & JP5) located on the top edge of the control board centered left & right.
• Remove jumper from horizontal position (or if not present remove from JP1 on lower left hand corner) and place it in vertical position on JP4.
• Insert any card into the card reader until you feel it hit the rollers then stop.
• Perform the next three steps in sequence and fairly quickly.  (There is a time out) 
  • Power unit up. 
  • Remove Jumper from JP4. 
  • Pull card from reader
    
• At this point your display should scroll through several screens. They are as follows
  • Keypad Encoder
  • UCR Ver.3?? 
  • Express 
  • Initialize Memory 
  • Verified 
  • Then the screen will go blank.

• Now power down unit and replace the jumper to its original position and power unit up.
• Memory has now been erased and all internal settings have been restored to factory settings.
